Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

cuci711 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120 bringing the balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 15 = RM1,800 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,000, a bonus of RM500 is given bringing the balance to RM1,500, and the wagering requirement is RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirement is fully met. cuci711 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if its usage terms are found to have been breached.

The cuci711 VIP Programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback varies by tier — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%. Tier upgrades are based on your betting activity over time.

• Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Promotions are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
• Only one account is eligible for each promotional offer unless stated otherwise.

Betting Rules and Regulations

All bets placed through cuci711 are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring that bet details are correct before final confirmation.

For sports betting, cuci711 uses odds that are updated in real time. Any bet accepted before an odds change is valid at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed. In the event of a void result, the bet will be returned to the member's account balance.

For live casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sic bo, the results determined by the live dealer are final. Any internet connection disruption during gameplay is the member's own risk and cuci711 is not responsible for any losses caused by connection issues on the player's end.

Account Suspension, Closure and Restriction
